BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$80,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2008 from the general fund to the Indian
Affairs Council for the acquisition of an Indian burial site in Becker County. This
appropriation is available until June 30, 2009.
