relating to economic development; appropriating money for the Minnesota
Inventors Congress.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$85,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $85,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for
grants to the Minnesota Inventors Congress. Of this amount, $10,000 each year is for
the Student Inventors Congress.
