intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of human services shall make annual permanent rate adjustments
for intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities that have a
licensed bed capacity of 12 or less and can demonstrate a significant consumer need
change in the past 12 months.
