ARTICLE 1 - PROGRAM INTEGRITY

Making program integrity improvements and expanding certain duties of the department of human services; modifying the subpoena authority; authorizing the department of labor and industry to allow the department of human services and county agencies direct access and data matching on workers compensation claims information; modifying public assistance overpayments and declarations

ARTICLE 2 - MINNESOTA FAMILY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

Expanding Minnesota family investment program (MFIP) income exclusions to include cash payments to individuals enrolled for full time services as a volunteer under AmeriCorps programs; modifying referral information requirements for diversionary work program (DWP) employment services

ARTICLE 3 - CHILD CARE

Expanding certain private data disclosure requirements on individuals to include the child care assistance program; prohibiting persons found guilty of wrongfully obtaining public assistance from being authorized as a legal nonlicensed family child care provider; modifying certain child care assistance subsidy restrictions relating to maximum provider rate changes implementation requirements; expanding accreditation requirements for provider rate differentials; providing for reallocation of penalties withheld under the child care assistance programs to counties; repealing certain county reporting and payments termination of allocation requirements
