Requiring the commissioner of health in cooperation with the commissioners of agriculture and the pollution control agency (PCA) to determine a health risk standard for human exposure to arsenic, establish a central information source on arsenic soil and water contamination in residential areas, ensure access to medical testing for arsenical pesticide exposure and soil testing to households within a certain distance of the CMC heartland lite yard superfund site and evaluate the cumulative health impact burdens of environmental toxins in residential communities impacted by the superfund site; requiring the commissioner of human services to ensure the testing for arsenic is covered under medical assistance (MA)
