Relating to workers compensation; increasing the temporary total disability payment and lengthening the time period of payment eligibility; lengthening the time period of eligibility for payment of temporary total or temporary partial compensation; modifying relative value fee schedule conversion factors, authorizing the commissioner of labor and industry to update relative value table; modifying the medical fee review employer limitation of liability, specifying employer liability for treatment, articles and supplies provided by hospitals located within eleven county metropolitan area and outside the metropolitan area, defining metropolitan area to include Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright counties; permitting department assigned workers compensation identification numbers to be substituted for social security numbers; repealing a workers compensation expense payment to the department of labor and industry and a department rulemaking requirement
