A bill for an act
relating to capital improvements; appropriating money for a segment of the Stage
Coach Trail and Welcome Center in the city of Mantorville.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$100,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of natural
resources for a grant to the city of Mantorville for design of the Mantorville segment of
the Stage Coach Trail and a regional welcome center and trailhead facility in the city
of Mantorville.
