A bill for an act
relating to human services; appropriating money for the Disability Linkage Line.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $410,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $426,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of human services to fund the Disability Linkage
Line. Federal administrative reimbursement obtained from information and assistance
services provided by the Disability Linkage Line to people who are identified as eligible
for medical assistance is appropriated to the commissioner for this activity.
