Prohibiting leaving a child under a certain age unattended in a passenger
vehicle under certain conditions, prescribing fines for violation, authorizing
court waiver under certain economically disadvantaged and community education program attendance and completion conditions; providing for allocation of fines to cities and counties; requiring the commissioner of public safety to include in the drivers manual information relating to the dangers of and penalties for leaving children unattended in motor vehicles and demonstration of knowledge of the information in drivers license examinations
