1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.8new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Rules, part 6800.2700, pharmacies may accept returns new text end

1.10new text begin In order to return unused drugs and medical devices, the county jail or juvenile correctional new text end
1.11new text begin facility must have a trained medication technician on hand twenty-four hours a day, seven new text end
