BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The stay of a Public Utilities Commission decision to approve an application for
a certificate of need for additional dry cask storage at the Monticello nuclear power
generating facility, imposed under Minnesota Statutes, section 116C.83, subdivision 3,
is extended until June 1, 2008.
