BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of health for the
biennium beginning July 1, 2008, for grants to existing methamphetamine treatment
programs in Faribault, Martin, Olmsted, and Anoka Counties, that received grant funds
under Laws 2005, chapter 136, article 1, section 9, subdivision 6.
