Relating to the financing of state government; appropriating money to the adjutant general of the department of military affairs for maintenance training facilities to pay the special assessments levied against state property, for certain general support services including the Minnesota national guard reintegration program, additional staffing and for Minnesota support our troops grants and for enlistment incentives, to the commissioner of veterans affairs for outreach to veterans, state soldiers assistance, higher education veterans assistance program, administration of veterans programming, information technology, operations at the Minnesota state veterans cemetery in Little Falls, grants to counties to enhance the benefits, programs and services provided to veterans and for additional funding for grants to disabled American veterans, military order of the purple heart, veterans of foreign wars, Vietnam veterans of America and other congressionally chartered veterans service organizations designated by the commissioner and for Minnesota support our troops grants to veterans service organizations and outreach to underserved veterans
