BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MINITEX APPROPRIATION.

$6,081,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $6,081,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated
from the general fund to the director of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education for the
purpose of the Minitex program.
