1E Relating to amusement rides; defining certain terms; modifying insurance requirements for owners of amusement rides; including the state agricultural society (state fair) under amusement rides regulation requirements; establishing certain training and certification requirements for ride operators; modifying amusement rides annual inspection requirements, requiring daily inspections by owners or operators; requiring amusement rides to be inspected by a certified inspector; requiring an amusement ride to be inspected by a certified inspector after causing either a serious injury or illness; requiring owners of amusement rides to make rides available for inspection at the request of the commissioner or law enforcement agency; requiring owners to maintain a first aid incident report log of all injuries and illnesses of riders of the amusement ride; requiring owners to comply with information requests of the commissioner of labor and industry; eliminating the authority of the attorney general to obtain injunctions; providing for the imposition and enforcement of safety rules regarding the behavior of riders; authorizing the commissioner to order an amusement ride operator to cease operation of a ride deemed unsafe; repealing the provision relating to civil penalty for certain violations
