1E Requiring hospitals providing emergency care to sexual assault victims to provide certain written and oral information to the victims relating to emergency contraception and prophylactic antibiotics for treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and upon request to provide emergency contraception and prophylactic antibiotics to the victims under certain conditions; permitting hospitals to administer pregnancy tests; requiring the commissioner of health to accept and investigate complaints relating to and to periodically determine hospital compliance, failure to comply to be grounds for suspension or revocation of hospital licenses
