ARTICLE 1 - PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY TECHNICAL AND HOUSEKEEPING CHANGES

Making changes of a technical and housekeeping nature to the public facilities authority act; modifying definitions; making clarifying changes relating to authority membership, staffing, program administration, powers and the financial feasibility review process, the clean water, drinking water and transportation revolving loan funds, the wastewater infrastructure funding program, total maximum daily load grants, clean water legacy phosphorus reduction grants, the small community wastewater treatment program and grants, audit reports and bond issuance nonliability; specifying instructions to the revisor of statutes; repealing certain provisions relating to project loans, independent wastewater treatment grants and bond fund certification and budget requests
