relating to human services; authorizing a new half-time staff position in the
Office of the Ombudsman for Older Minnesotans; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The Office of the Ombudsman for Older Minnesotans is authorized to add one
additional half-time staff position. The additional staff position is assigned to work with
the Minnesota Veterans Home in Minneapolis.
