legislature.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin COMMISSIONER TO EVALUATE AND REPORT.

new text begin By March 1, 2008, the commissioners of agriculture and health shall evaluate the
potential hazards posed by plants to retail consumers and livestock, and report the findings
to the standing committees of the senate and the house of representatives with jurisdiction
over agriculture policy.
