A bill for an act
relating to environment; appropriating money to characterize emissions from
biomass gasification facilities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$300,000 in fiscal year 2008 is appropriated from the environmental fund to the
commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency to fully characterize emissions expected
from biomass gasification facilities across the range of feedstocks. This is a onetime
appropriation.
