A bill for an act
 relating to community corrections; appropriating money for a productive day
pilot project operated by Arrowhead Regional Corrections Agency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of corrections for
the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2009. The commissioner shall distribute the money as
a grant to the Arrowhead Regional Corrections Agency to expand the agency's productive
day initiative program, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 241.275, to include
juvenile offenders who are 16 years of age and older.
