BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The Metropolitan Council shall include service to the city of Richfield in its regular
route transit provided between Southdale Center in the city of Edina and Mall of America
in the city of Bloomington.
