recreational camping areas; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 144.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

To meet cross-connection control requirements, as defined in Minnesota Rules, parts
4715.1920 and 4720.0025, the use of a hose connection backflow preventer and a hose
connection vacuum breaker, not rated for continuous use, are permitted at individual
water supply connections in recreational camping areas as defined in section 327.14,
subdivision 8.
