Relating to insurance; providing for the release of school employee insurance board claims data; creating a Minnesota school employee insurance pool as a public corporation to create and administer the Minnesota school employee insurance plan; providing for a board of directors; providing for the design and nature of the plan; requiring a written report to the legislature by a certain date on a final design for the pool; providing for periodic evaluation; providing for the applicability of data practices provisions; requiring the executive director of the legislative coordination commission (LCC) or designee to convene the first meeting of the board of directors; appropriating money to the commissioner of finance for pool start up costs and requiring repayment
