relating to housing; appropriating money for the housing trust fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS.

$18,555,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $18,555,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for
the housing trust fund account created under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.201, for
the purposes of that section. This appropriation is added to the agency's base budget.
