BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LIBRE ACADEMY.

$25,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2008 from the general fund to the commissioner
of education for the grant to the Libre Academy sober school for unreimbursed educational
costs incurred during the 2006-2007 school year.
