Section 1: Comprehensive plan language is modified.

Section 3: Plan update language is modified.

Section 4: Preparation and review language is modified.

Section 5: Comprehensive plans in greater Minnesota; open spaces language is provided.

Section 6: Development goals and objectives language is provided.

Section 7: Title language is provided, "President Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Act to Preserve Agricultural, Forest, Wildlife, and Open Space Land".

Section 8: Agricultural and open space preservation task force language is provided.

Section 9: Effective date is provided.
