BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,075,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $2,075,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for
opportunities industrialization centers under Minnesota Statutes, section 116L.60.
