BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 123B.80, on June 30, 2007,
Independent School District No. 698, Floodwood, may transfer up to $226,550 from its
disabled access fund to its general fund without making a levy reduction.
