Appropriating money to the commissioner of education for a grant to the Minnesota school share program of the greater Minneapolis council of churches for the supportive community partnership program; authorizing the partnership program to offer services and grants to other faith or community based programs for educational services, authorizing use of the grants for early intervention or special needs programs, supplemental education services or continued support; authorizing Minnesota school share to provide technical support and assistance to grant recipients through program development workshops, customized technical support, contracted consulting services and web sites devoted to best practices information and resource development services
