Relating to health and human services supplemental appropriations; appropriating money to and modifying and transferring certain appropriations to the commissioner of human services for health care grants, health care management, continuing care grants, continuing care management, state operated services, to the commissioner of health for pandemic influenza preparedness, health information technology and immigrant health, to the veterans nursing homes board, to health related licensing boards including the board of chiropractic examiners, board of dentistry, board of medical practice, board of physical therapy and emergency medical services board; increasing the amount of excess funds transferred form the health care access fund to the general fund; authorizing and providing for interconnected electronic health record grants, requiring biennial reports to the legislature
