Making forecast adjustments to certain prior appropriations to the commissioner of education for general education aid, referendum tax base replacement aid, abatement revenue, nonpublic pupil education and transportation aid, charter school building lease and school startup aid, integration aid, tribal contract school, special education, children with disabilities, teacher travel for home based services and special education excess cost, health and safety, debt service equalization, alternative facilities bonding, school lunch, traditional school breakfast, regional library telecommunications, early childhood family education (ECFE), health and developmental screening, community education, adults with disabilities program, extended day care and adult basic education (ABE) aids, for consolidating school districts, for interdistrict desegregation or integration transportation, American Indian success for the future and regional library basic system support grants, for court placed special education revenue, for multicounty multitype library systems, and for school readiness programs
