BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 126C.17, subdivision 2, Independent
School District No. 771, Chokio-Alberta, is exempt from the referendum allowance
limit for fiscal years 2006 and later.
