Authorizing and providing for the cities of Baxter, Brainerd and Nisswa to by ordinance and with voter approval to impose a sales and use tax and a sales tax on motor vehicles and to issue bonds to finance certain Baxter projects relating to acquisition and betterment of water and wastewater facilities, a fire substation and the Paul Bunyan bridge over Excelsior road, certain Brainerd projects relating to constructing an upgraded wastewater treatment facility to serve the cities of Brainerd and Baxter, water infrastructure improvements and trail development, and certain Nisswa projects relating to acquisition of property, construction and engineering costs for an upgraded wastewater treatment facility and related improvements and city costs related to the upgrade of state highway #371 through Nisswa; providing for termination of the taxes
