2E Requiring the commissioner of public safety to convene a crimes against children team to respond to technology facilitated crimes against children; specifying certain duties of the task force relating to child victimization issues and the investigation of persons possessing or distributing child pornography or committing crimes involving the exploitation or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes; authorizing the commissioner of public safety to enter into memorandums of understanding with the internet crimes against children (ICAC) task force, federal agencies and local units of government and law enforcement, providing for cooperation with federal, state and local prosecutorial entities; appropriating money to the commissioner of public safety
