BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

For taxes payable in 2007 only, Independent School District No. 256, Red Wing,
may levy an amount up to $158,000 for the construction deficit for building the community
ice arena.
