A bill for an act
relating to health; requiring amendment of the Food
Code.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin RULE AMENDMENT.

new text begin The commissioner of health shall amend the Food Code,
Minnesota Rules, chapter
4626, to prohibit restaurant employees
from using the same cloth to clean tabletops and
chairs.
The commissioner may use the good cause exemption under Minnesota Statutes,
section
14.388, subdivision 1, clause (3), to adopt rules under this section.
