relating to finance; directing revisor of statutes to
change term "tax" to "fee" in Minnesota Statutes and
Minnesota Rules.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

In Minnesota Statutes and Minnesota Rules, the revisor of
statutes shall change the word "tax" or its plural to the word
"fee" or its plural wherever it refers to a state or local tax.
