A bill for an act
relating to transportation; directing revisor of
statutes to change term "tax" to "fee" in Minnesota
Statutes where it refers to vehicle registration tax
or motor fuels tax.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

In Minnesota Statutes and Minnesota Rules, the revisor of
statutes shall change the word "tax" and its plural to the word
"fee" or its plural wherever it refers to the vehicle
registration tax or a motor fuel tax.
