BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

[117.012] NOT FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.

Notwithstanding any other provision of statute or special
law, a political subdivision of the state must not use eminent
domain to acquire real property for private economic development
purposes.
