reimbursement rates.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CHILD CARE REIMBURSEMENT RATES; DIRECTION TO
COMMISSIONER.

new text begin The commissioner of human services shall modify the child
care assistance provider reimbursement rate setting methodology
used to implement the provider reimbursement rate freeze under
Laws 2003, First Special Session chapter 14, article 9, section
34. Any child care provider who received a reimbursement rate
decrease due to the creation of regional or statewide maximum
reimbursement rates must have their reimbursement rate restored
to the level at which it was set as of June 30, 2003.
