A bill for an act
relating to highways; appropriating money for traffic
control improvements for intersection in Ottertail
County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; OTTERTAIL COUNTY TRAFFIC
CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS.

new text begin Notwithstanding any contrary provision of Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 162, $500,000 is appropriated from the county
state-aid highway fund to the commissioner of transportation to
be disbursed as a grant to the city of Perham in Ottertail
County for traffic control improvements at the intersection of
County State-Aid Highway 8 and Coney Street in the city of
Perham. This appropriation does not lapse but is available
until spent.
