Relating to civil liability; establishing safety standards for the operation of ski areas and defining the responsibilities of ski area operators and of skiers using the areas; exempting ski area operators from liability for injury resulting from the inherent dangers and risks of skiing; specifying certain duties of tramway passengers and certain sign system maintenance requirements of operators, requiring certain warnings; requiring daily inspections of tramways before opening; requiring certain lighting on snow grooming vehicles and specifying certain equipment requirements for snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles (ATV) operated on ski slopes or trails; authorizing operator revocation of skiing privileges for skiing in a careless or reckless manner; specifying certain duties of skiers; requiring competitors to accept certain risk; violation of the requirements to constitute negligence on the part of the violator; imposing a statute of limitations on actions against ski area operators or employees to recover damages for injury to person or property caused by the maintenance, supervision or operation of passenger tramways or ski areas
