Relating to transportation; increasing the gasoline and special fuels tax rates and requiring and providing for annual inflation adjustments by the commissioner of revenue; increasing the percentages of motor vehicle sales tax revenues required to be deposited in the highway user tax distribution and metropolitan area and greater Minnesota transit funds; appropriating money to the commissioner of transportation (DOT) and authorizing the issuance of state bonds for improvements to the interregional corridor system and for elimination of traffic bottlenecks on arterial highways in the metropolitan area, authorizing use of a certain percentage of the appropriation for program delivery
