Requiring the commissioner of health in cooperation with the commissioners of agriculture and the pollution control agency to evaluate the feasibility of implementing an environmental justice tracking system to assess and disseminate existing information on health disparities and information in the department of health birth defects and cancer registries relating to toxic sources, specifying certain tracking system requirements and duties of the commissioners; requiring commissioner of health annual reports to the legislature, specifying certain report content requirements; requiring the commissioner of the PCA to apply federal funding to expand the environmental justice mapping project of the agency and to coordinate the project with the environmental justice tracking system
