ARTICLE 1 - CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT

Proposing an amendment to the Minnesota constitution, article XI to dedicate a certain percentage of sales and use tax receipts to the game and fish heritage fund to improve, enhance or protect game and fish habitat

ARTICLE 2 - CONFORMING CHANGES

Requiring the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) in cooperation with the board of water and soil resources (BOWSR) to biennially submit recommendations to the legislature for expenditures from the fund; making a conforming amendment to the statutory provision providing for the deposit of sales and use tax revenues in the general fund
