Subjecting nonpublic schools with families of students receiving educational services from the school claiming an income tax credit for education related expenses to the pupil fair dismissal act and certain admission discrimination prohibitions; requiring the nonpublic schools to annually inform the departments of revenue and education of admittance of the students into education related programs and the students and families of subjection to the provisions; authorizing enforcement actions by the families and department of education to reduce allotments to schools failing to comply with the requirements and providing for department enforcement of compliance
