A bill for an act
relating to public safety; authorizing only criminal
justice agencies to submit and obtain data from the
distinctive physical mark identification system;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 299C.145,
subdivision 3.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 299C.145,
subdivision 3, is amended to read:
Subd. 3.
Authority to enter or retrieve data.
