Relating to retirement; authorizing and providing for the Maplewood firefighters relief association to transfer assets to the Oakdale firefighters relief association representing the value of the accumulated service credit for a certain number of members of the Oakdale firefighters relief association currently eligible to receive a combined service pension for firefighter service in both associations, requiring the amount to represent the cumulative value of the service credit earned by the eligible members of the Oakdale firefighters relief association for service credit accrued while working for the Maplewood fire department; specifying certain joint agreement and resolution adoption requirements
