Appropriating money to the commissioner of transportation (DOT) for a grant to Ramsey and Washington counties to prepare engineering design documents for the rehabilitation of the roadway and the development of an adjacent trail for trunk highway #120 from the intersection with Joy road to the intersection with the street in the city of North St. Paul, for trunk highway #61 to the intersection with trunk highway #244 and for trunk highway #244 from the intersection with trunk highway #96 to the intersection with Washington county road #12; requiring the design to be consistent with the recommendations of the lake links trail network master plan prepared for the counties
